To date, over 8,000 dogs and cats have been spayed or neutered in Thurston County with the financial help of SNAP.  SNAP was incorporated in June, 2006, and is a small non-profit made up of volunteers who care about dogs and cats.  Virtually all funds raised are used to pay for spay and neuter.
